Terms, Scope & Cancellation

What this service is

Zen and You provides one-to-one mentorship and coaching for working professionals and leaders. It does not provide psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment, legal advice, investment advice or financial planning services. If you are dealing with a health or mental-health condition, please consult a qualified clinician alongside, or instead of, mentorship.

Booking and payment

• Sessions are confirmed once payment is received and the time slot is confirmed on the scheduling page.
• Indian residents are billed in INR through Razorpay; everyone else is billed in USD through Stripe.
• The complimentary Blueprinting Session is available once for new clients.

Rescheduling and cancellation

• You may reschedule a session free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
• Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed, are treated as delivered.
• For the 90-day programme, unused sessions may be rescheduled within the programme window; the window is not extended beyond 30 days past the original end date.

Refunds

A single session may be refunded in full if cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. For the 90-day programme, you may withdraw after the first session for a refund of the remaining, undelivered sessions. Refunds are returned through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days.

Confidentiality

Session content is confidential in both directions. Sessions are not recorded unless both parties agree in advance.

Your responsibility

Mentorship supports your thinking and decisions; it does not guarantee a promotion, a job offer, a specific salary or any other outcome. Decisions and actions remain yours.
