I came from a humble farming background and spent 23 years building a global technology leadership career across India and the United States. Along the way, I built organizations, led through complexity and achieved more professionally than I had once imagined possible.
At 45, I chose to step away from Google and corporate life on my own terms.
That decision did not come from dissatisfaction with work. It came from clarity: work had served an important purpose, but it was never meant to become the entirety of life.
Zen and You is my way of sharing what I learned—not only about careers and leadership, but about ambition, identity, freedom and the art of knowing when enough is truly enough.

Over those 23 years I led senior engineering organisations across India and the United States. At Google I was Senior Engineering Leader and Site Lead, building a global organisation from the ground up to more than 50 people across the US and India. Before that, as Head of Engineering at Maersk, I built and led an 80+ person organisation spanning India, the UK, Denmark and Spain.
Across that career, the work I valued most was growing people. I mentored dozens of senior managers, directors and global leaders at Google and Maersk through ambiguity, organizational politics and the step up to a larger role.
I built this practice because demanding professional work and a settled personal life are not mutually exclusive. I help leaders set the corporate mask aside, work through their hardest leadership problems, and keep moving forward without paying for it with their health.

Yes. Nothing discussed in a session is shared with your employer, your colleagues or anyone else. Sessions are not recorded unless we both agree in advance.
Reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Sessions cancelled inside 24 hours are treated as delivered.
Residents of India are billed in INR; everyone else is billed in USD. The booking panel detects this and shows the applicable rate before you pay.
